Set aside February 6th, 2027 for a day filled with chocolate tasting, talking and buying. The Winter Chocolate Show 2027 will be at the Appel Salon in The Toronto Reference Library, 789 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be a day filled with informative seminars, delicious bean-to-bar chocolate, innovative bars and bonbons, and a lot of passionate chocolate people.
We’ll have tastings, seminars and workshops from some of Canada’s leading chocolate experts.
Paola Giavedoni of the Candy Bar in Toronto and Erik Hansen of DesBarres Chocolate are the founding sponsors.
